2. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the website www.holycreationart.com between Holy Creation Art and any person making a purchase on the site.
The purchase of a product implies unreserved acceptance of these conditions.
3. Products
Holy Creation Art offers artistic canvas prints made to order, based on original creations.
Each canvas is carefully crafted by a professional printer, according to the customer’s order.
The photographs and visuals presented on the site are not contractual but strive to faithfully reflect the artworks.
4. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT not applicable – article 293 B of the CGI).
Delivery fees are specified at the time of order.
Holy Creation Art reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the customer the application of the rate in effect at the time of order confirmation.
5. Orders
All orders are firm and final after payment confirmation.
The customer must verify the accuracy of the information provided (address, format, etc.) before confirmation.
Holy Creation Art cannot be held responsible for address errors or incomplete information.
6. Payment
Payment is secure and processed via solutions offered by Crédit Agricole (bank cards, PayPal, etc.).
No banking data is stored by Holy Creation Art.
7. Delivery
Orders are shipped within 10 to 14 business days from payment confirmation.
Deliveries are handled by Geodis or any other equivalent carrier.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
In case of delay, Holy Creation Art commits to keeping the customer informed and ensuring follow-up with the carrier.
8. Receipt and Damages
The customer is required to check the condition of the package upon receipt.
In case of damage or a defective item, the customer must report the issue within 48 hours to the following address:

Holy Creation Art commits to offering a replacement or refund as soon as possible if the damage is confirmed.
9. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made at the customer’s request or customized, such as canvas prints made to order.
However, in case of error or damage during transport, Holy Creation Art will handle the replacement or refund according to the conditions set out in article 8.
10. Liability
Holy Creation Art cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the site or the purchase of a product.
Holy Creation Art’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.
11. Intellectual Property
All artworks, images, texts, and creations present on the website www.holycreationart.com are the exclusive property of Holy Creation Art and are protected by copyright laws.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
12. Personal Data and Privacy (GDPR)
